Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment, that time is reserved for you, and missed appointments prevent me from with other clients.

No-shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from the scheduled time will be billed in full. 

In emergency circumstances please contact me so that we can reschedule or otherwise address the situation.  I recognize that unexpected situations can arise.
